📋 Description

• Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business objectives • Design and oversee implementation of complex network architectures • Evaluate and recommend improvements to network infrastructure • Lead, mentor, and develop network engineers and specialists • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs • Serve as primary point of contact for high-profile client projects • Build relationships with new clients during projects • Collaborate with account managers on post-deployment handoff • Address escalations and resolve complex project issues • Oversee planning and execution of client projects • Develop timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets • Coordinate resources and expertise with other departments • Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies • Troubleshoot complex network issues • Establish and track KPIs for network operations and the infrastructure team • Implement data-driven processes to improve team efficiency • Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to SLAs • Drive continuous improvement in team performance and client satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management • At least 3 years of experience in a management role • Strong technical knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and operating systems • Proven experience managing cloud migration projects • Excellent understanding of IT service management principles and best practices • Strong project management skills and experience with methodologies such as ITIL and Agile • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills • Relevant certifications
