📋 Description

• Provide technical vision and strategy for building platforms to scale to the next set of million members • Build strong relationships across product management, engineering, data science, and security partners • Lead a team of backend engineers to execute on a shared vision • Grow and mentor the team through a supportive mindset, thoughtful observation, and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive background and strong technical expertise working in backend infrastructure and platforms • Knowledge of authorization technologies such as ABAC, RBAC, policy engines or adjacencies that can be applied to this space • Proven track record of scaling a platform from 1 to multiple • Effective communicator with great judgment and a bias towards action • Experience in hiring, coaching and retaining strong engineering talent • Ability to lead through challenges with building large-scale, low-latency applications
