📋 Description

• Design assets for web, social, paid ads, email templates, campaigns, retail signage, event graphics, and sales collateral • Contribute creative ideas and propose campaign directions with the Creative Lead • Adapt campaign concepts into complete asset sets across formats, sizes, and channels • Apply NETGEAR brand guidelines consistently and help extend the brand system • Prepare production-ready files for screen and print • Use AI tools for ideation, iteration, and production • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and web and incorporate feedback • Work with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to align deliverables with global campaign plans • Work from a shared project board in monday.com and participate in short review cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience • Consumer tech, DTC, or ecommerce experience is a strong plus • Portfolio showing volume and range, including campaign systems, social sets, and web assets • Strong fluency in Figma • Solid Adobe Creative Cloud skills • Practical experience using AI in a design workflow • Ability to evaluate AI output and rework it by hand when needed • Sharp attention to spacing, alignment, typography, colour, and error checking • Concept thinking demonstrated in portfolio • Comfortable working within an existing brand system • Positive, curious attitude and appetite for learning • Ability to manage several projects at different stages and keep status visible • Motion or editing experience is a benefit • Familiarity with AI video and editing tools is a benefit • Print production experience is useful • Experience with design systems or component libraries is a benefit
