📋 Description

• Build and own the GTM hiring function at Nevis from the ground up, working directly with the CEO • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, deployment strategists, customer success, and other GTM roles • Define hiring plans and headcount priorities as the company scales toward $1T+ in assets under management • Build and run a sourcing engine for commercial talent from enterprise software, financial services, consulting, and high-growth startups • Design and improve GTM interview processes, including scorecards, structured interviews, and evaluation criteria • Represent Nevis's mission, culture, and opportunity to commercial candidates • Manage the candidate pipeline in Ashby and maintain clean data and high hiring velocity • Build offer strategy and negotiate compensation with leadership • Refine sourcing channels, messaging, and recruiting processes based on performance • Establish a scalable GTM recruiting function for future growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with direct ownership of GTM, sales, or commercial hiring at a high-growth startup • A track record of building recruiting functions or processes from scratch • Experience recruiting for enterprise sales, deployment/forward-deployed, or customer success roles • Excellent judgment on talent and ability to assess commercial acumen • Strong communication skills • Comfortable working directly with a CEO/founder with high standards and a fast pace • Based in or willing to be based in New York • Nice to have: experience recruiting in fintech, wealth management, or financial services • Nice to have: familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms • Nice to have: existing network in enterprise software or financial services sales talent • Right to work in the location being applied for
