📋 Description

• Exhibit a culture of operational excellence and event-free operations • Provide expert technical and analytical guidance to all field staff and other departments • Perform/coordinate complex preventative and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems • Perform Commissioning and Audit services for solar electric systems • Act as the Regional approval authority for PLOTO and switch plan LOTO • Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences on site • Develop corrective action plans to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults • Supervise or review field work and mentor junior technicians • Ensure compliance with all applicable State AHJ, electrical code, safety regulations, and company standards • Review, submit, and manage electrical permitting process • Collaborate with the O&M Manager to optimize regional performance • Stay up to date on the latest technologies and industry best practices • Work directly with Regional Manager and third-party vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Active Master Electrician License • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV installation, operation, and maintenance • Strong understanding of electrical theory and principles • Proficient in the use of electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools • Ability to work in 34,500VAC and 1500VDC conditions safely and independently • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
