📋 Description
• Lead and manage Loan Officers and operational staff within the branch • Proactively recruit and onboard new Loan Officers • Ensure all new hires receive thorough training • Serve as a go-to resource for resolving customer service concerns • Analyze pipeline volume and forecasting trends • Monitor branch performance against revenue goals • Stay current on all relevant mortgage regulations • Develop and execute local marketing strategies
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Active NMLS licensure in one or more states • 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) • 2+ years of experience in supervisory or leadership role within mortgage sales • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and recruiting preferred • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; experience with Encompass LOS strongly preferred • Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate a team in a hybrid work environment • In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, industry regulations, and underwriting guidelines
