• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-team programs, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria • Drive cross-functional coordination across customers, product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks and blockers, escalating when needed • Build and maintain timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and decision records • Facilitate kick-offs, planning meetings, and executive readouts • Partner with product and technical leads to develop delivery plans, surface capacity constraints, and assess scope or priority changes • Establish and improve program management frameworks, tools, and practices across PMO and Business Operations • Support change management efforts and track adoption • Contribute to continuous improvement of Care Lumen’s program-level planning, execution, and measurement
• 4–10 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent role • Strong technical fluency, including understanding architectural trade-offs and technical constraints • Proven ability to drive alignment and delivery across multiple teams without direct management authority • Experience building and maintaining timelines, dependency maps, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance frameworks • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences • High proficiency with Jira, Smartsheets, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent work experience) • Able to work EST hours • Able to travel up to 15% • Preferred: experience in SaaS, health-tech, healthcare services, healthcare technology, digital health, managed care, health plan/payer/clinical operations markets, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, or high-growth/startup environments
