📋 Description

• Review customer specifications and work with Regional Sales Managers to understand customer needs • Act as primary customer contact during early bid and proposal stages • Initiate bid BOM and coordinate with cell teams • Collaborate with engineering, service, operations, finance, legal, and aftermarket teams to develop solutions • Coordinate BOM costing and obtain required item quotes with the Supply team • Develop final pricing recommendations, validate margins, and secure approvals • Prepare and submit bid or proposal packages within departmental guidelines • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on technical-definition open items • Maintain the sales funnel, CRM database, supporting documentation, and sales transaction report

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience • Ability to read blueprint and technical specifications • Working knowledge of basic accounting and contractual terms and conditions • Working knowledge of heavy-duty transit bus architecture and components • University degree in business or engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
