📋 Description

• Establish strong online marketing expertise • Acts as the point of contact for customers within the Professional Services product suite • Communicates website and digital marketing campaign strategies • Analyzes online marketing campaign performance and discusses recommendations • Provides web performance reporting as required for customers • Documents all client interactions • Resolves customer issues effectively • Recommends upsell and cross-sell product suggestions

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication • 2+ years in professional role(s) • Experience interacting directly with customers • Strong communication and people skills • Self-motivated with effective decision-making skills • Ability to multi-task and stay organized • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Prior online marketing experience recommended, but not required.
