📋 Description

• Define the end-to-end model for how agents are discovered, invoked, handed off between, and held accountable to customers • Own shared agentic primitives including identity and permissions, context and memory, intent routing, hand-off and escalation, human-in-the-loop approval, transparency and traceability, guardrails, and fallback • Translate internally owned agents into a single coherent customer narrative and own the customer journey across agents • Set the strategy for exposing agentic capabilities across the customer portal, APIs, MCP servers, connectors, and channels • Establish shared patterns, quality bars, interaction standards, and review mechanisms for independently shipped agents • Define metrics for task success, completion, hand-off, containment, time-to-value, trust, intervention, conversion, attach, and retention • Build the multi-quarter roadmap for the connective layer • Drive alignment across product, engineering, data, design, care, and marketing • Partner closely with Data & Personalization on context and customer signals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management • Significant experience with platform, API, or ecosystem products and customer-facing experiences • Shipped both platform/API/ecosystem products and customer-facing experiences • Demonstrated ownership of an AI or agentic product surface in production with real users and accountability for outcomes • Technical fluency in LLM orchestration, tool and function calling, MCP, RAG, context strategy, evaluations, latency, cost trade-offs, and failure modes • API and platform product judgment, including interface contracts, versioning, permissions, and developer experience • Ability to align senior stakeholders across a matrixed, product-led organization • Strong written communication • Bias to ship • Nice to have: experience in hosting, domains, web presence, SMB SaaS, or e-commerce • Nice to have: experience with agent evaluation and observability tooling • Nice to have: experience building or publishing MCP servers or public developer platforms
