📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives from concept through launch and adoption • Translate business objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes with Product and Engineering leaders • Drive stakeholder alignment across customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities • Define and operationalize processes that improve product development velocity and predictability • Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery sequencing • Identify and proactively address dependencies, resource needs, risks, and trade-offs • Facilitate quarterly and annual planning across Product and Engineering • Monitor initiatives against business goals, milestones, and success metrics • Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and customer-facing teams • Drive accountability, remove obstacles, resolve dependencies, and support launch readiness and post-launch reviews • Partner with engineering teams on architecture, platform investments, technical dependencies, technical debt, scalability, reliability, and modernization • Translate complex technical concepts for executive and non-technical stakeholders • Provide executive visibility into program health, roadmap progress, risks, and decisions • Develop status updates, business reviews, and leadership presentations • Drive governance and decision-making frameworks • Maintain program artifacts, roadmaps, project plans, and documentation in Jira and Confluence • Establish best practices for work management, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting, and documentation • Develop dashboards, reports, and workflow processes • Improve planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution processes • Champion data-driven decision-making and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management within SaaS, hosting, cloud, eCommerce, FinTech, or technology-driven organizations • Demonstrated success driving operational rigor, visibility, and scalable execution across Product and Engineering organizations • Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting dashboards, workflow configuration, and cross-functional documentation • Experience leading complex, cross-functional product and technical programs from strategy through execution • Familiarity with product-led growth, platform engineering, developer tools, or customer-facing digital products • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, software engineering practices, and Agile methodologies • Ability to partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Executive stakeholders • Demonstrated experience driving roadmap execution, managing dependencies, and delivering customer-facing products • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and align diverse stakeholder groups
