📋 Description

• Source and identify potential creators, coaches, and influencers • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, screening, pitching, and onboarding • Explain NewRich’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to candidates • Guide creators through the application and setup process • Track prospects and recruitment pipeline using CRM tools • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration • Support creators post-onboarding to encourage engagement and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or partnership sourcing • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple candidates and conversations simultaneously • Experience with CRM or ATS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Greenhouse, etc.) • Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital entrepreneurship
