📋 Description

• Support with identifying scope of local learning • Build and execute local learning plans integrated into overall OCM plan • Analyze Training Needs Analysis • Point of contact for countries for queries across mandatory training or local learning • Quality assurance of local learning materials

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in organizational change management related to large-scale ERP solutions • Graduate or postgraduate degree in behavioral or educational sciences desirable • 5+ years’ experience driving organizational change projects in a global, cross-functional environment • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
