📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with platform partners • Act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs and concerns quickly and professionally • Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with partners to align with their goals • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth • Collaborate internally to implement strategies that maximize partner performance • Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and commercial discussions • Provide partners with updates on new features, promotions, and key developments • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Technical Support, Risk & Compliance, and Managed Service partners (Player Support, Marketing Services, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery • Collaborate with the Analytics team to track partner performance, trends, and growth opportunities • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to partners • Represent the partner’s voice internally to influence product development and enhance the client experience • Address and resolve partner concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client journey • Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, experience in iGaming industry is a must • Strong understanding of online gaming industry or platform technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-first approach • Hands-on experience with PAM systems, sportsbook or casino products, and managed services (Player Support, Marketing, Risk & Fraud, etc.) is a strong plus • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
