⢠10+ years of technology sales experience ⢠5+ Years working with BPOs (Business Process Outsourcers) and/or national carriers. ⢠5+ years previous experience in contact center software or associated industry ⢠Expert level Account Management and global systems integration methods ⢠Expert level Account Management of Clients using specialized component subsystems ex: (hardware, software, networking and storage products) ⢠Proven success in executing large, complex deals with Fortune 500 organizations ⢠Enterprise business and financial modeling experience for BPO solutions ⢠B.A. / B.S. from an accredited college; preference for Program and Project Management ⢠MBA or graduate degree preferred ⢠Travel up to 30% of the time
