📋 Description

• As an Accounting and Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. • You will be responsible for recording transactions, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and overseeing payroll administration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records, streamline accounting processes, and enhance reporting efficiency. • Leverage your expertise in financial analysis and accounting standards to support decision-making, improve financial accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. • Strong focus on our operations in Mexico and requires a solid understanding of Mexican labor laws and tax compliance. • Review, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions. • Support invoicing, bill payments, and reimbursement processes across the organization. • Assist with employee programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations, with a strong understanding of local regulations. • Familiarity with NIIF, US GAAP, and/or IFRS frameworks, with the ability to apply this knowledge in daily operations and financial reporting. • Proficient with cloud-based financial and HR tools (experience with specific platforms is a plus). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams.
