📋 Description

• Drive business value through science-based AI use cases for customers and prospects • Present and demonstrate NobleAI VIP Platform capabilities to potential clients • Design use case demonstrations involving the VIP Platform, custom-built models, agentic flows, or API integrations • Understand chemistry and business constraints and identify available prospect data • Prepare statements of work based on customer discovery • Clean and analyze customer data and build predictive models • Explain model limitations to scientists and translate results into business impact • Work with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to turn prototypes into customer solutions • Collaborate with the sales team and act as a technology evangelist for NobleAI solutions • Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• B.SC or M.SC Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related field • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, forward deployed engineering or solutions-focused marketing • Minimum 3 years of technical experience and 2 years in a customer-facing position • Proven ability to drive measurable results via consultative/solution selling • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts, develop relationships, and tell the big-picture story • Experience engaging customers, supporting pre-sales, or excelling in customer success • Expertise in computational chemistry • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and data science tools • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders, including AI scientists and ML engineers • Proficiency with data analytics, visualization, data management, and predictive modeling tools • Python proficiency, including Pandas, scikit-learn, Plotly, Streamlit, and Flask • JavaScript and front-end/back-end web application development experience • Hands-on experience building and prototyping technical solutions using Python, Streamlit, and other computing languages • Experience working at a startup is an advantage • Familiarity with SaaS applications and deployment is an advantage
