• Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees; coordinate with hiring managers. • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring necessary resources and information. • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns; address issues and conflicts. • Support performance review process and development of performance improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and coordinate with benefits providers. • Maintain employee records and HR databases; prepare HR reports and documents. • Support development and delivery of training programs and coordinate sessions. • Remote role supporting NoGigiddy’s work in the gig economy; organized, detail-oriented duties.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and team members. • Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively. • Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software. • Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is a plus but not required. • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus. • Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant HR certifications or coursework beneficial but not required.
• Remote Work: The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. • Collaboration: Regular virtual meetings and communications with the HR team and other departments. • Tools: Use of various communication and collaboration tools, such as email, video conferencing, and HR software.
