📋 Description

• Serve as the primary campaign project manager across global social initiatives • Orchestrate campaign rollouts incorporating video/storytelling assets, SME insights, and advocacy-network distribution • Own and scale the enterprise Employee Advocacy program • Lead Employee and Executive Advocacy strategy and execution, including internal adoption, content curation, executive positioning, and program measurement • Partner with sales, content, product marketing, customer advocacy, channel marketing, and other teams to optimize compliant social content • Enable customer-facing teams with high-impact social content to drive pipeline • Manage policy guardrails, intake hygiene, brand page governance, and channel security with Legal, InfoSec, and Marketing Operations • Directly manage a Social Media Coordinator • Oversee submission intake queues, asset organization, publishing distribution pipelines, and automated workflows • Align creative, community, and go-to-market teams across integrated campaigns • Scale social platform usage across cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience in social media strategy, enterprise campaign management, or global employee advocacy and enablement programs • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Proven experience managing enterprise advocacy platforms • Experience building Executive Advocacy and/or Social Selling programs • Strong project management background • Ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns across creative, PR, brand, community, and regional GTM teams • Hands-on experience with modern project management systems such as JIRA and Trello • Understanding of automated workflows for streamlining publishing pipelines • Experience managing direct reports • Experience driving change management across complex global matrixed organizations • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
