📋 Description

• Ensuring customer success by understanding requirements and leveraging best practices • Collaborating with integrated account team to evaluate customer web architecture and develop long-term security strategy and cloud solutions • Working with security experts to solve technical problems • Participating in training and projects contributing to best practices and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field or its equivalent • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build trusting relationships with customers • Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry • Familiarity with security technology, process and concepts • Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques • Some knowledge of implementation concepts related to web development, IT systems or security practice
