📋 Description

• Serve as the central point of contact for customers • Lead the integrated account team delivering customer success • Partner with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency and high-quality service • Keep customers engaged • Identify service enhancements and potential problems • Drive continuous improvements to customer service delivery quality • Communicate with internal and external customers and partners • Share information and deliverables • Ensure customer integration and support • Implement creative solutions that help customers leverage Akamai products

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry • Understanding of network technologies, web security or media-related technologies, methodologies and/or architectures • Experience delivering technical projects and managing multiple priorities • Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment • Ability to engage, influence, and build trusted customer relationships in difficult environments
