• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow aftermarket parts business • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts • Provide on-site technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring optimal solutions for their needs • Building relationships with existing and new customers by personal site visits • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales and marketing) to deliver seamless customer experiences • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management • Present proposals to improve business processes and market opportunities for senior leaders • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in aftermarket parts business within industry • Strong understanding of mechanical components and industrial equipment • 5+ years’ experience in similar role and deep understanding of aftermarket parts business
