📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple technology-driven and strategic initiatives, including software launches, technical migrations, business shifts, and internal process improvements • Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product, and Operations • Ensure departmental tasks align with the company’s broader strategy • Identify slow or redundant workflows and design and implement improved processes • Translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans with milestones and deadlines • Identify red flags and bottlenecks and facilitate decisions to keep projects moving • Keep teams focused on measurable project value • Balance scope, build accurate schedules, and proactively mitigate delivery risks • Manage both technical software updates and high-level strategic planning initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment • Experience managing technical and non-technical projects • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks • Experience in fintech or the payments industry highly preferred • PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications preferred but not required • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace • Proven ability to remain productive and motivate a team in a remote or hybrid environment • Ability to manage project scope, schedules, risks, milestones, and deadlines • Up to 20% travel
