📋 Description

• Fill healthcare opportunities as a Medical Laboratory Technologist across Canada • Travel for work-term assignments with flexible contract lengths • Provide healthcare services in unique and diverse locations across Canada • Work with NMC’s dedicated support team throughout assignments • Contribute to exceptional patient care in culturally aware, respectful, and collaborative environments

• Passionate and driven to excel • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Eager to elevate your skills • Make a lasting impact beyond your community • Confident in tackling new challenges • Empathetic, culturally aware, and respectful • A collaborative team player, committed to shared success • Experience with Indigenous health and wellness practices, including traditional healing and cultural safety, considered a strong asset • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada • Willing to travel for work term assignments; flexible contract lengths available • Minimum of four years of Canadian MLT experience, including at least one year of recent experience • Current CSMLS Certification • Completion of a recognized Canadian MLT diploma or degree program • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector • A valid BLS certification completed through an in-person course • Proof of current immunization for MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Covid 19, Polio and Hepatitis B • Proof of Tdap booster within the past ten years • Proof of negative TB skin test within the past ten years or negative chest x-ray within the past five years • Proof of N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate within the past two years (3M 1870+, 3M 1860, 3M 1860S most commonly accepted)
