📋 Description
• Provide customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues • Build and maintain positive customer relationships • Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement areas • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and improve processes • Assist with customer happiness team projects, including research or system development
