📋 Description

• Solution design: Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. Employ a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions. (30%) • Support: Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog. (30%) • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, regulatory and compliance, and customer success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale. (15%) • Documentation: Help maintain outstanding technical documentation in Postman and Readme. (15%) • Build: Contribute to the development of exemplary proof of concepts to facilitate customer integration. Additionally, help create internal tools and data dashboards for our team. (10%)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Reg Tech (if not reg-tech, cyber(security) compliance could be interesting). • Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies. • Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter). • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment. • Has customer first attitude • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success. • Nice to Have: • Preferably within the regtech/fintech or blockchain sector. • Prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls. • Basic coding and SQL skills. • Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR.
