📋 Description

• Lead and govern the end-to-end Patient Safety training strategy for onboarding and on-the-job training across pharmacovigilance and Safety functions • Oversee internal and external vendor training governance, including development, implementation, maintenance, qualification, and performance monitoring • Lead strategy discussions and make decisions with Patient Safety leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Develop and maintain vendor training procedures, governance SOPs, training standards, and acceptance/qualification criteria • Lead accountability for training-related deviations and corrective actions affecting vendor training processes • Support inspection readiness and participate as a member of the inspection team • Retrain Patient Safety employees and provide feedback on training objectives and performance • Develop quality checkpoints to track and evaluate Patient Safety staff training and development • Develop and lead internal and external safety training • Identify training gaps and implement training solutions for safety staff and suppliers • Support Patient Safety eLearning modules in the Learning Management System • Lead continuous improvement projects • Translate regulatory and SOP requirements into training, guidance, and operational best practices • Maintain controlled, versioned, and audit-ready training governance documentation and records • Review training-related deviations and CAPAs and support timely corrective-action closure • Implement automated solutions for operational improvement, metric tracking, and KPI management • Identify and evaluate technologies to streamline vendor oversight, onboarding, learning, project tracking, mailbox management, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a medical or science-related discipline required; relevant experience may be substituted for the degree • Experience in Pharmacovigilance training or mentorship preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and coaching skills • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead training initiatives • GxP compliance training and oversight reporting knowledge • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel • Knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence tools • Creative and experienced in content creation • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Knowledge of Safety database systems and reporting tools, SOPs, NNI-GS Agreements, FDA safety reporting guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and guidelines issued by FDA, Health Canada, and ICH • Approximately 10% overnight travel
