📋 Description
• Provide professional payroll and benefits services to Line of Business (LoB) in EMEA region. • Coordinate the end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries (United Kingdom) and potentially as a back-up (Sweden). • Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (including payroll provider). • Optimise payroll operational processes in accordance with the PBO Team goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s, Bachelor’s or Licence degree within Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, HR or equivalent. • Preferably experience from working in a shared service centre incl. experience with payroll systems and providers. • Preferably have 5 years experience with UK payroll • Fluent in written and spoken English language. • Strong analytical skills to drive process standardization, optimisation, and continuous improvements.
