📋 Description

• Lead and own the station-facing insights service • Develop expertise on station audiences • Conduct monthly webinars for stations • Create and manage monthly newsletter for stations • Thoroughly learn and use NPR’s line of analytics software • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with stations • Oversee compliance with data collection processes • Support stations to maximize value of NPR's products • Serve as station ambassador communicating station needs • Identify and compile internal research for stations • Write and update guides and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website/app analytics or other audience behavioral data • 1+ years experience providing direct support to customers, clients, or external stakeholders • Strong public speaking skills • Proven expertise and deep experience with Google Analytics (or similar) • Proven expertise in advanced SQL • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills • Experience training non-technical audiences on using analytics tools
