📋 Description

• Analyze large datasets and perform bespoke cuts to build CX insight stories for clients • Develop CX insights and client materials that showcase the value of Prism • Participate in client conversations with Client Engagement Managers to deliver insights • Support clients in using the Prism tool • Support client training and adoption needs with Client Engagement Managers • Develop training materials and deliver training as needed • Support the Commercial team and Bain case teams with analyses and materials for Prism clients • Manage data analysis for client delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, customer insights, data analytics teams, or data-heavy client-facing roles • Strong experience storytelling with data, including building PowerPoint slides based on data • Outstanding client service skills; responsive, proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented • Strong interest in customer experience, loyalty analytics, and strategic marketing • Demonstrated ability to derive insights from complex data • Comfort working with large datasets and executing analysis in Excel and preferably Tableau • Attention to detail and high delivery standards for clients • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and handle changing priorities • Strong communication skills and a proven record of collaborating across teams and organizations • Preferred comfort with large datasets and analysis in Alteryx and SQL • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
