📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles globally, with a focus on North America and Latin America • Source, attract, and engage top talent through platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions • Conduct screenings and interviews • Evaluate candidates for quality and alignment with company culture • Maintain accurate records and data in Workable ATS and other tracking tools • Collaborate with global talent acquisition colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency • Partner with hiring managers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Manage stakeholder relationships and offer negotiation across the recruitment lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting • Proven stakeholder management experience, including influencing and partnering with hiring managers • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods • Experience working in fast-paced environments • Experience in payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring is a strong plus • Experience recruiting across different locations in North America and LATAM regions is a strong plus • Fluency in English and French is mandatory • Must be bilingual • English (written and spoken) is the primary working language
