📋 Description

• Lead 10-year sustainability and decarbonization plans for health-system clients • Own retro-commissioning and energy modeling across central plant, air handling, terminal equipment, and energy management systems • Develop investment-grade ECMs and sustainable MEP standards • Serve as the client- and construction-facing lead through implementation and commissioning • Secure efficiency incentives through utility technical-assistance studies • Shape the AI/ML tooling that scales our analysis • Mentor the engineers coming up behind you

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering • 10–15 years of experience • Professional Engineering license • Deep energy-modeling and retro-commissioning experience • Track record developing ROI-driven ECMs • Availability to travel as needed (~20%) • Nice to have: Healthcare or other mission-critical facility experience • Investment-grade audits • Automation or tool-building • Proficiency in Revit and eQUEST • ASHRAE/IBPSA involvement
