📋 Description

• Lead consulting engagements, including high-level process analysis, process and reporting recommendations, and transactional flow analysis • Discover, scope, lead, and deliver multiple implementation or service-related projects • Enlist support from or delegate tasks to consultants at various levels • Provide career path guidance and mentoring to consultants • Provide sales engineering and business development support, including product demonstrations and participation in association and user group meetings • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service requests in level 2 or level 3 helpdesk roles • Participate in onsite and in-house client visits, most often in a leadership role • Field inbound client communication, gather information, coordinate internal action, summarize issues, and create issue tickets • Achieve master-level competency in relevant core products, databases, reporting engines, and selected third-party projects • Manage project and engagement profitability and scope adherence • Meet established billable targets • Maintain the Oasis Core Purpose and Values • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading teams in multi-phased ERP implementation, including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support, and project management • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design or related experience • 7+ years of experience leading teams through multiple projects concurrently • Experience performing project or team coordination, including meeting scheduling and preparation • Experience in client communication in person, email, or voice, with emphasis on issue resolution • Experience generating scopes of work, including discovery, design, planning, and delivery to the letter of the scope • Experience in employee development utilizing an existing career path framework
