📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Drive knowledge sharing and process improvement across cross-functional teams • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Travel as needed for Go-Live installations or training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Epic EpicCare Ambulatory certification required • At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst preferred/ideal • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ambulatory build required • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members, end users, and SMEs • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • COVID-19 vaccination required, or approved medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment
