• Support the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software • Consult with members to provide full cycle build solutions for accurate, secure, and efficient patient care • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation • Travel to support off-site software installations as needed, up to 10%
• At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic application build • Epic certifications required in Epic Optime and Anesthesia • Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect, highly desired • Experience working with Critical Assess Hospital (CAH) and Rural Health Hospitals is a plus • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to travel up to 10% to support on-site Go Lives.
