📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize processes and ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Drive knowledge sharing and cross-functional process alignment • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Travel to support Go-Live installations or training when required

🎯 Requirements

• Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; certification or proficiency in both highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst ideally • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at application time • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive approval for a medical or religious exemption before hire • Willingness and ability to travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support as required
