📋 Description

• Support the strategic direction and performance improvement initiatives of the organization • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and leadership to optimize operational processes and policies • Identify areas that drive alignment with business goals and enable performance improvement objectives • Lead cross-functional planning and ensure alignment with OCHIN’s strategic goals through optimized tools, dashboards, and annual planning processes • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support workstreams • Apply best practices to enhance operational efficiency and strategic execution • Manage strategic dashboards and analyze data to inform decisions • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations • Align member-facing initiatives and campaigns with business strategy • Ensure consistent messaging and strategic impact • Lead and support strategic projects • Foster collaboration across departments • Ensure consistent use of tools and methodologies • Provide on-site Go Live support as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Six Sigma, PMP, or other Project Management Certification from an accredited educational institution preferred • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SmartSheet preferred • 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role preferred • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Travel required up to 20% nationally for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • OCHIN strongly encourages workforce members, especially those whose roles involve travel and in-person engagement, to remain up to date on immunizations, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
