📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy, design, and optimization of OCHIN’s Epic Patient Access product suite • Provide subject-matter expertise • Inform best-practice workflows • Deliver system enhancements • Support organizational initiatives including Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades • Work with application and technical team members and end users • Support member organizations on-site for new software installations when needed • Support Go-Live installations or training that may require air, vehicle, or train travel • Work remotely from a home office in a virtual organization • Participate in virtual meetings with camera enabled

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst • Current certification in the assigned Epic applications Prelude and Grand Central • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Demonstrated experience in system application build • Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows, analytics and technology • Experience building system application packages and moving them through multiple environments • Strong understanding of Patient Access functionality for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Strong communication skills for communicating with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented, with focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work on camera for all virtual meetings • Ability to travel nationally as required • Ability to remain up to date on applicable immunizations is strongly encouraged, especially for travel and in-person engagement
