📋 Description

• Configure and support clinical applications within Epic EHR software for new members • Consult with members to provide accurate, secure, and efficient patient-care and provider-workflow solutions • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products • Collect and resolve issues • Coordinate with the Help Desk on JIRA resolution • Support product owners in preparing vendor-call agendas • Represent OCHIN on vendor calls from a technical perspective • Lead working sessions with OCHIN members to resolve advanced and complex integration work orders and support issues • Provide workflow solutions and hands-on system training • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • QA complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders • Collaborate with other OCHIN teams to address integration issues • Provide elbow support to clinic staff during Go-Lives and Mock clinics • Lead member training and work groups • Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts • Develop and share workflow best practices • Travel to support new members on-site with software installations • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document functionality of new system features • Provide process improvements within the application or team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Beacon Certifications are required • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role; one Epic certification may substitute for one year • 3–5 years of experience as an Epic Application Analyst preferred/ideal • Minimum of 1 year of Epic build experience • Implementation build experience highly desired • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of college education and 5–7 years of relevant experience • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Ability to travel nationally based on business requirements
