📋 Description

• Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across a cross-functional technical response team • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and driving resolution • Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams to address enterprise-level technical issues • Lead change management and communicate program progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Facilitate collaboration across teams and navigate competing priorities with clarity and confidence • Manage project tracking in Jira or similar tooling • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Federal IT experience, ideally with the VA • Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting milestones across complex, multi-team programs • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders • Experience navigating cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities • Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools • Experience working in a remote, collaborative Agile environment across engineering and product teams • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance • Bachelor's Degree
