📋 Description

• Own performance, quality, and execution across Vendor, Verification, and School support workflows • Own Vendor, Verification, and School KPIs and SLAs • Develop and execute Business Services Operations strategies with Strategy and Growth teams • Use performance data, reporting, and trends to drive insights, recommendations, and improvements • Ensure company goals and customer experience standards are met across Business Services Operations programs • Directly lead and develop Support Specialists through coaching, motivation, and ongoing performance support • Enable Support Specialists to deliver high-quality service across support channels • Liaise between frontline support teams and Support leadership • Partner with Support Managers to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency • Monitor program performance and share feedback and insights with Support leadership • Champion continuous improvement, accountability, and operational rigor

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Strong people leadership and frontline team coaching experience • Comfortable owning performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs • Data-driven approach to reporting, trends, insights, and recommendations • Calm, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to escalations and operational risk • Cross-functional strategy execution experience • Process improvement and workflow optimization mindset • Clear and empathetic communication skills • Motivation for mission-driven work and improving customer outcomes at scale
