📋 Description

• Understand customer requirements and deployment-impacting factors, and communicate them to internal teams • Deploy Odyssey for customers and ensure contractual requirements and go-live milestones are completed • Build partnerships and communication channels with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and lead deployment plans with state stakeholders and Engineering, Product, and Support teams • Provide technical knowledge of Odyssey’s platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Drive deployment of technical solutions and configurations, including APIs and webhooks • Drive customer growth, adoption, and successful renewal • Ensure scalable and effective customer deployments without reinventing processes for each customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role • Hands-on experience deploying technology products • Experience managing long-term, complex, technical implementation cycles lasting 6+ months • Experience in an early-stage SaaS startup environment • Strong technical acumen and ability to deploy technical systems • Ability to participate in high-level technical customer discussions • Ability to configure technical workflows such as APIs and webhooks • High degree of empathy for customers and end users • Owner mindset, accountability, and creative problem-solving ability • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement • Analytical mindset with ability to use SQL and/or advanced Excel techniques to investigate data • Experience working with government agencies is a strong plus • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
