📋 Description

• Ensure every customer sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner and recognizes clear value from day one • Own and execute projects across new and existing customers • Keep implementation timelines on track and stakeholders aligned • Build trust-based relationships with assigned customer stakeholders • Serve as a reliable point of contact and credible voice for Odyssey • Contribute to a scalable deployment playbook • Apply proven approaches across new customers • Surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward • Drive customer outcomes from onboarding through long-term success

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success • Comfort working within technical systems • Ability to analyze data to drive decisions • Experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools is a strong plus • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work effectively in early-stage startup environments • Collaborative approach, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive for continuous improvement
