📋 Description

• Understand customer requirements and deployment-impacting factors, and communicate them to internal teams • Deploy Odyssey to customers and ensure contractual requirements and go-live milestones are completed • Build partnerships and communication channels with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and lead deployment plans with state stakeholders and Engineering, Product, and Support teams • Provide technical knowledge of Odyssey’s platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Drive deployment of technical solutions and configurations • Lead customer growth and adoption to support successful renewals • Ensure customer deployments are scalable and effective rather than reinvented for each customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role • Hands-on experience deploying technology products • Experience managing long-term, complex, technical implementation cycles of 6+ months • Experience in an early-stage SaaS startup environment • Strong technical acumen, including deploying technical systems and participating in high-level technical discussions • Ability to configure technical workflows such as APIs and webhooks • Analytical mindset with ability to use SQL and/or advanced Excel techniques to investigate data • Strong leadership, stakeholder alignment, consensus-building, and action-driving abilities • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex customer plans into clear actionable messaging • High degree of empathy and ability to understand customers’ and end users’ perspectives • Owner mindset, accountability, creative problem-solving, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement • Experience working with government agencies is a strong plus • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
