📋 Description

• Work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. • Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients. • Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver effective legal solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a California bar license • Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling • Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
