📋 Description

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets and track progress to manage financial success and timely completion • Manage complex contract negotiations • Lead project plan execution by assembling and managing project teams, coordinating internal resources, and assigning responsibilities aligned with project objectives • Monitor progress and measure project performance against scope, schedule, and budget • Manage change requests and execute risk management techniques to minimize negative financial impact • Coordinate detailed technical work reviews to ensure quality and contract compliance • Maintain positive client relationships and provide exceptional client service to secure future work • Document project deliverables and maintain comprehensive project records • Mentor staff on project management best practices using Olsson programs and project support resources

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control • 8+ years of experience in site design and development • Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D • Open to being based out of or relocating to/near Manhattan, KS
