📋 Description

• Ensure our engineering teams are high-performing and have a clear technical vision, delivering fast, high-quality results aligned with our business goals; • Ensure the definition and execution of a technical vision aligned with business needs; • Foster a team environment where developers feel ownership of the product they build and work collaboratively; • Develop strategies to ensure strong team performance; • Empower the team by supporting the individual development of each member's skills; • Ensure clear communication across different teams; • Identify potential gaps within the team and help resolve them; • Demonstrate strong communication skills (active listening and clear expression); • Be familiar with and apply Agile methodologies in daily work; • Understand team performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Software Development; • Experience in People Management; • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies; • Strategic vision and planning with a business focus; • Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset; • Experience at digital product / internet companies is desirable;
