📋 Description

• Create and maintain test plans; • Create and execute tests (functional, integration, API, backend); • Promote quality as a cultural practice, focusing on preventing bugs rather than only detecting them; • Assist the team in the product quality assurance process; • Create and manage test data sets to evaluate the product's performance and processing capabilities; • Manage defects during development and beta phases; • Support the PM and UX teams with a macro-level business perspective; • Validate artifacts (functional and non-functional requirements, layouts, usability testing, among others); • Align quality strategies using data (monitoring, Service Desk issues); • Perform regression testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques; • Knowledge of a programming language (preferably JavaScript); • Knowledge of databases; • Experience with integration/API testing (Postman, HTTParty, etc.); • Familiarity with version control (GIT); • Non-functional testing (load, stress, etc.); • Willingness to learn every day; • Enjoy working in dynamic, multitasking environments; • Comfortable working with a results focus (delivery targets); • Able to work without constant supervision—demonstrates proactivity and self-motivation.
