• We are seeking an Experienced Cloud Engineer with a solid background in cloud platforms; design, operate, and maintain production clusters • Take ownership of platform challenges and proactively address issues to ensure high-performance, reliable infrastructure • Manage and scale cloud infrastructure: oversee AWS and Azure, monitor systems, plan and execute upgrades, respond to outages (including after-hours support when needed) • Drive proactive improvements: identify potential issues early and recommend and implement enhancements • Explore and adopt new tools: investigate, evaluate, and implement tools that improve productivity and quality (AWS, Azure, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform) • Work within agile/lean frameworks and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams • Enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, scalability, and security using cloud capabilities • Collaborate effectively across teams: product management, design, and engineering • Contribute actively and effectively as an integrated team member: meet regularly with line manager, manage issue resolution and escalation, support other priority activities, act as an Omilia ambassador
• 4+ years of working experience in a similar role • Experience with AWS • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) • Experience in operating a container orchestration cluster (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) • Experience with Terraform • Experience with Continuous Integration Tools (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) • Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Ansible) • Experience with Azure (considered a plus) • Experience in Linux Administration (considered a plus) • Experience with Cloud Security Services (considered a plus) • Basic RDBMS knowledge (MySQL, Postgres) (considered a plus) • Basic NoSQL knowledge (Redis) (considered a plus)
