📋 Description

• Lead the global monthly close process • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and variance analysis • Standardize the close process across entities • Establish scalable intercompany accounting processes and reporting • Exercise judgment over vendor spend, accruals, capitalization, leases, and related accounting matters • Lead process improvements and automation to make the close faster, more accurate, and more scalable • Keep close deliverables audit-ready with clear documentation and evidence • Respond promptly and thoroughly to external audit requests • Report to the Sr. Accounting Manager • Partner with the broader Finance team and cross-functional organization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience at a public or high-growth tech company • Hands-on experience owning full-cycle month-end close • Strong working knowledge of GAAP • Ability to manage account reconciliations independently and resolve discrepancies • Experience with international, multi-entity, and multi-currency accounting • Proficiency with modern accounting tech-stack tools, including Excel • Confident and direct communication across Finance and the business • CPA or CPA-track (nice to have) • Big Four public accounting experience (nice to have) • Experience with Rillet or similar ERP/close-management tools (nice to have) • Candidates must be based in the US • Must answer US visa sponsorship and legal working status questions
